Happy Father's day to all the dads out there who read this blog in our family. Or have it read to them by a caregiver if you're in the "safety second" Baughn house, haha. Here's a photo of mine, Shannon,Autumn,and Mike's dad Jim,with me on the Sky Lift in Gatlinburg. The first is the original,which had water and mildew damage and the second is after I restored it on the computer. It's a work in progress. The date and time are on the sign in the lower left corner. When Mom was sick,she was talking in her sleep and said,"You go on down the road and come back and pick me up." I wonder if she was talking to him? I still miss Dad, and I hope he's happy now that Mom is with him and that they're eternally high school sweethearts sitting on the steps at the school in the photo I once saw of them.

i'm impressed with your mad Shop skills. I always find gratification when I can restore a photo like that too.
good job - i know how time consuming that can be - if my mom sees that she'll be tempted to send you some old photos - i take too long. is the date 5-5-68?
The date is August 13th 1971. I was 4.
